Compass Setter is a monthly live webinar on the last Saturday of each month. Each session takes apart how a public policy is formulated — the rationale behind it and the methodology government uses to design, consult on, and land it. A fresh policy topic is taken each month so the salient differences between approaches show up in contrast, from more than one perspective. The Three Insider Gaps framework — Mindset, Communication, Preparation — still runs underneath, tying the policy craft back to what the AO/EO panel actually measures.
