The terms, in plain words.

Orders are dispatched within two working days. Local Hong Kong delivery arrives within three to five working days from dispatch. Macau and overseas shipments take seven to fourteen working days, subject to customs.

Shipping is by SF Express within Hong Kong. Free delivery applies on orders of HK$500 or more. Below that threshold, a flat HK$50 fee is added at checkout.

A tracking number is sent by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, public holidays, customs, or address errors entered by the buyer.

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, the buyer bears the cost of redelivery.

Unopened, sealed items in their original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery. The seal must be intact. The product must be unused.

To start a return, write to general.irb@protonmail.com with your order number, a photograph of the unopened item, and the reason for return. We reply within two working days with instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days of our receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, opened supplements, opened creams, and opened patch packs cannot be returned.

Exchanges are accepted within seven days of delivery, for unopened items only, for another item of equal or higher value. Where the new item costs more, the buyer pays the difference. Where it costs less, the difference is forfeited — no cash refund is issued on a downward exchange.

Exchange shipping is paid by the buyer, both ways. We dispatch the replacement once the original is received and inspected.

An exchange may only be requested once per order.

Damaged or defective items at arrival are replaced free of charge once verified by photograph.

Wellness purchases, points earned, and any digital records tied to a customer email are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be assigned, sold, gifted, or pooled between accounts.

Reward Club points credited from a wellness purchase belong to the buyer's email account on file. They cannot be moved to another account, including a spouse, parent, or company account.

The products on this shelf are herbal health products. They are not registered pharmaceuticals. They do not cure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Statements about traditional Chinese medicine reflect classical use; they are not clinical claims.

Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children, and people on prescription medication should consult a registered medical or Chinese medicine practitioner before use. Stop and seek advice if any reaction occurs.

Iron Rice Bowl is the marketing channel. Products are supplied by SYT Wellness (上醫堂). Liability for product manufacture and content rests with the supplier. Our role is curation, education, and the order experience.

By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms in full. Where any provision conflicts with the laws of Hong Kong, the law prevails and the rest of the policy remains in force.
