Who can join?
Anyone with an account on this site. Signing in makes you a Companion. Making a verified purchase makes you a Patron.
How are points earned?
Wellness purchases earn 1 point per HK$1. Teachable course purchases at iron-rice-bowl.com earn 1 point per HK$10. On promotional days, the rate doubles or triples.
When are points credited?
Wellness points appear within minutes of a successful payment. Teachable points credit when you press 'Sync my Teachable purchases' from the Club page.
Do points expire?
No. We don't play that game. Your points stay until you spend them.
What can I redeem?
IRB Rebate Credit — a direct discount on your next purchase — or IRB Merchandise. The catalogue is on the Club page.
Can points be transferred?
Not at present. The Club is personal.
What if I have a Teachable purchase that isn't credited?
Use the same email on Teachable and on this site, then press Sync. If anything is missing, write to us — we will look at it by hand.
