Mike Yeung is a former Hong Kong civil servant and the founder of Iron Rice Bowl, the preparation platform for Hong Kong's civil service examinations.

He built Iron Rice Bowl around a single conviction: that disciplined, well-prepared candidates deserve a clear path and a steady hand. The platform pairs structured interview curriculum with community support and original research on the application cycle.

Before founding Iron Rice Bowl, Mike served in the Hong Kong civil service. He writes and speaks on public-sector preparation, policy literacy, and candidate wellbeing.
